Salary: Up to $5500 + AWS

Job Scope

• Manage the financial and statutory accounting for entity assigned.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
• Prepare WIP and provide recommendation on project profitability and cost optimisation.
• Compute key financial indicators and provide trend analysis of financials.
• Involve in the preparation of group budgets and forecasts.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors for filing on time.
• Handle tax matters including the quarterly GST filing and corporate tax.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned and this may include review of policies and procedure.

Requirements

• Prior working experience in Construction industry
• Experience in handling work in progress accounting (like on going project accounting)
• Proficient in SAP

• Manage projects and programs, overseeing manpower supervision.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to implement necessary actions based on inspection reports, ensuring clear and accurate execution.
• Maintain a log of inspections, actions taken, and re-inspections to track rectified non-conformities.
• Submit shop drawings and material samples for review, ensuring they meet project specifications.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and allocating labour, materials, plant, transport, and equipment.
• Organize the activities of Site Supervisors and their workforce, aligning with project requirements.
• Monitor health and safety protocols on projects to ensure compliance with local regulations and safe working practices.
• Ensure that projects stay within the budget for labour and materials as outlined by the Project Manager.
• Inspect site progress and productivity, documenting and submitting progress claims for certification and payment.
