You have at least ten years’ experience in facilities account management under your belt. Likewise, you are a pro at handling complex account structures and client sensitivities. You are also an ace on the technical and financial know-how of running a service delivery team. • Possess a recognized degree/diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least five years of relevant experience in building projects.
• Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team.
• Good knowledge of applicable codes/regulations and Authorities’ requirements relating to M&E services, building construction and safety.
• Provide the M&E schedule to tie with the Master Schedule.
• Supervise and coordinate all M&E works.
• Coordinate for RI(M&E) Inspection and TOP.
• Liaise with consultants, NSCs, DSCs and authorities on M&E matters.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risks.
• Produce the coordinated services drawings (CSD).

RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :

• Manage and coordinate the preparation of site office setup such as sourcing for container office vendor, Singtel and utilities application, etc.

• Assist in sourcing for office furniture quotations, safety PPEs, other admin purchasing matters.

• Provide admin support to Admin Manager such as printing of namecards, IT equipment requisition, etc.

• Assist in transportation coordination matters.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in site measurements on work done.
• Lead a team of workers and ensure that work is done in accordance to drawings, schedule and within budget.
• Report to his superior matters which require their attention.
• Control and guide general workers under his charge.
• Co-ordinate work with sub-contractors.
• In charge of receipt and transfer of construction materials, plants and machinery.
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
• Implement necessary control measures to mitigate the unsafe work and to prevent recurrence.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS)/ Supervise Construction Work in Workplace Safety and Health Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Residential Construction Industry.
