Responsibilities:

• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on M&E progress.
• Manage material, equipment, and manpower for economic usage.
• Oversee receipt, transfer, and control of M&E materials.
• Enforce occupational health and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with permit-to-work system.
• Follow QA/QC procedures and CONQUAS standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports.
• Ensure work progress aligns with schedule.
• Supervise work according to contract drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate/prepare technical submissions with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, and related documents.
• Assist in updating site work status report.
• Help Project Manager with M&E Master Construction and T&C Schedule.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Resolve technical/site issues through discussions with stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the tender preparation and submission
• Carry out quantities taking-off quantities for tendering and sourcing of quotations
• Collate price comparison and costing summary
• Prepare costing of projects, prepare contracts and to ensure compliance with tendering and procurement procedures
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account with client, suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Be meticulous, cost conscious, independent, highly motivated and a good team player.
• Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Develop the conceptual framework of construction projects and manage scheduling and coordination across multiple trades and sub-contractors.
• Plan, lead, and monitor project progress, including manpower planning, construction progress tracking, master schedule preparation, and cost control.
• Ensure cost management within approved budgets by controlling materials, manpower, and machinery expenses for ongoing and new projects.
• Address delays or emergencies at construction sites by issuing timely instructions and maintaining effective project standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and authorities, to resolve site issues, ensure compliance, and achieve smooth project completion.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Construction industry (Building/Factory/Structure/Finishing).
• Able to work weekends, night shift and PH when needed.
