Overview:

The role of the Construction Manager is primarily to ensure the successful project planning and execution. • Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineer or equivalent
• Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Familiar with construction site activities
• Co-ordinate, liaise & communicate with people of all levels
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in building construction
• Able to work under tight schedules
