· To generate an invoice for billing to customers within 1 day upon completion of the job through eSOS;

· Ensure immediate response to Customers and close follow-ups with Customers via email, phone call, text messaging and faxes;

· Ensuring customers’ requirements are clearly and adequately defined before handing over to the project and operation team;

· Schedule and coordinate with customers on Load Test (LT) / Visual Inspections (VI);

· Ensure all Customers crane details are updated to eSOS accurately;

· Ensure on sending mass emails to customers on new/revised service rates;

· Gather Customers’ feedback and develop corrective measures for Management reviews;

· Responsible for providing a high standard of customer service

· To generate weekly reports to update management on the progress of all enquiries and order confirmation to both internal and external customers

· Conduct weekly meeting with inter-related depts. such as Sales, Parts Executive, Finance, Store, Purchasing possible for providing a high standard of Customer Service;

· Ensure timely billing for service job completed within 3 working days through ESOS to customers;

SERVICE OPS.

· Responsible for updates of daily Technician Schedules, including breakdown calls, maintenance, load tests, visual inspection, etc to ESOS.

· To conduct morning briefing with Technicians on ensuring their awareness of the job schedule for the day itself;

· To organise weekly operations meetings with Technicians;

· Work closely with Supervisor on assigning right team for jobs;

· Ensure timely deliveries, right quality and quantity of parts to Customers;

· To ensure electrical jobs under projects are completed on time by Technicians;

· Responsible for maintenance of Equipment List and update of all relevant parts details on regular basis;

· To ensure Technicians are always in proper and clean overalls;

· To check on proper housekeeping at the Service Area, Electrical room, truck cleanliness;

· To ensure tools in toolboxes, tools in tool bags, full PPE of technicians, stocks in trucks are checked on a weekly basis;

OTHERS

· Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed and maintained;

· Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly;

· Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Scope:

• Ability to operate all sizes of static/ telescopic crawler cranes
• Work in compliance with safety regulations and procedures

Requirements (Qualification & Experience):

• Minimum 'N' level education
• Experienced in HDB projects would be preferred
• At least 5 years' of relevant working experience
• Must possess a valid Singapore Crane Operator License (MOM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform checks on the structural, architectural and M&E materials/works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements (in accordance to BCA’s Good Industry Practice)
• Monitor the performance of subcontractor workers for all trades and ensure any defects are properly rectified
• Prepare relevant QA/QC reports
• Implement QA/QC plans and ensure PPVC quality before delivery
• Ensure the functionality of the building before handing over to clients
• Assist in preparing for QM submissions
• Assist in yearly ISO audits
• Assess, feedback on the construction process and procedures
• Execute quality control as per site specific materials and Works Quality Plan
• Conduct relevant training for sub-con and internal staff
• Issuance and handling of Site Memo
• Monitor undertaken corrective and preventive actions against non-conformities
• Arrange and liaise with BCA for CONQUAS/QM assessments
• Recommends solutions for critical and/or frequent recurring defects to Project Team
• Ensure all the method statement used has obtained approval from the clients and consultants
• Follow-up all the required tests as per contract requirement
• Attend regular site meetings – QAQC, Landscape Coordination Meeting and Client Meeting
• Attend off-site inspection – Precast and Structural Steel Works (Malaysia and Singapore Factory)
• Follow the developer’s Quality Inspectors (QI) and Customer Service Officers (CSO) for inspection prior to building handover to owners
• Attend to client ’s defects during Defect Liability Period
• In-charge of the handover of the common areas to management team
• Manage the QAQC team and any adhoc related duties

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree related to QA/QC or Engineering / Construction related field
• Prior experience related to construction industry (HDB, Condominium projects etc.), certified CONQUAS/QM Manager is added advantage
• Good knowledge of construction quality control/assurance is necessary

· Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites.

· Creating technical drawings from architects' sketches and specifications.

· Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.

· Printing CAD drawing schematics for use by architects, construction managers, and structural and maintenance engineers.

· Entering CAD data into building information modeling (BIM) systems to create 3-D models and renderings.

· Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.

· Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.

· Collaborating with architects and construction engineers to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations.

· Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in architectural design.
