To overseeing and maintenance of Group’s properties developments cum General Administration matters
Responsibilities
1. Liaise with property agents on sale/rental of property including viewing arrangement, review LOI/tenancy agreement from real estate agency
2. Ensure tenants comply with all rules/regulations
3. Co-ordinating with appointed building managing agent on proper management of the property
4. Arrange reinstatement/touch up repair works before handing over to new tenant
5. Manage tenants’ feedback
6. Keep track of tenancy record/rental payments
7. Oversee the planning and execution of new Building Project Compliance Management. Such as:
- Sourcing for architect, review their portfolio and compare quotation on professional fee as and when instructed by Management
- Co-ordinating with appointed contractor/architect on all building works, meeting deadline and compliance of Authority’s requirement
- Keep track of architect/consultant/contractor payment schedule
8. General office administration
9. Support any ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
1. Min 2-4 years’ direct experience in managing properties/facility management
2. Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
3. Ability to work with minimum supervision
4. Proficiency in Excel and Word
5. Candidate with less experience or qualifications will be considered for Assistant Manager role
