Accounts Executive responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.

• Responsible to review T&C in all contracts and risk assessment and advise solutions accordingly.
• Resolve all contract issues and ensure all lega implications are reviewed and managed.
• Liaise with maincon on contractual matters including payment claims, change orders, variation orders, extension of time, etc.
• Lead and monitor the QS team for progress claims, variation works, bills of quantities and other tender requirements.
• Provide supervision to all contractual matter, tendering and procurement procedures (i.e. cost control, project budgeting, etc.)
• Work closely with the project team to ensure timely payments from maincon.
• Ensure timely finalization by maincon.

Requirements:-
