1. To produce half monthly billing report for Accounts, with complete data entry for all DO received
2. To produce monthly salary report of drivers for HR Department
3. Processing and filling of documentations and reports
4. Administrative duties of vehicle’s insurance, road tax, parking and fines
5. Responsible for quotation for price confirmation and acknowledgement by customers / sub cons
6. To keep track of daily order for the group of lorry order
7. To ensure accurate information on GPS system
8. To carry out any other duties / works as assigned by your superiors.

Requirements:
Minimum ‘O’ Level
Willing to learn, independent,meticulous, hardworking
Able to handle stress and tight deadlines and multi task
