General Summary of Responsibilities

• Handles the administrative functions in the day-to-day operations of the assigned condominium/building.
• Provide customer service to the owners/tenants in the estate/building.
• Ensure proper administration of facilities bookings
• Collection of management and sinking funds
• Ensure compliance with the by-laws of the estate/building.
• Ensure compliance with PFS policies and ISO procedures

Requirements

• Possess N/O level or Certificate in Office Skills
• Minimum 1 year working experience

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in planning and coordinating architectural tasks across the project.
• Ensure timely submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements.
• Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to address and resolve any project challenges.
• Manage scheduling of architectural works, material requisitioning, and project supervision.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural aspects of the project.
• Work closely with Architects, Structural Engineers, and M&E teams to identify and resolve any cross-disciplinary issues.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction coordination or architectural roles.

Reporting to the Head of Investments, you will be responsible in formulating investment strategies, deal sourcing to seek out investment opportunities. You will be leading and executing deals independently, including financial modelling, feasibilities studies, investment proposal, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and investment approval etc. You will work closely internal stakeholders such as asset management, tax, finance, legal, technical etc required for the preparation of investment proposals as well as carrying out post-acquisition analysis.

Requirements

You possess a Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Business or equivalent from a reputable educational institute and have about 10 to 15 years of relevant real estate experience.

Track record in overseas markets and prior experience in negotiation etc will be held in high regards. Financial and commercial acumen as well as mentoring junior members in the team are required for this role.
