Property Executive duties and responsibilities include planning and executing strategies for completing property management, periodic preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance and maintenance projects within KPI and in a timely manner. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance works in association with soft and hard FM services where applicable.
