• Certain knowledge & experience in M&E system requirement.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
• Able to work independent with min supervision.
• Good knowledge and skill set in Microsoft Office.
• Quick learner and willing to explore to new skill sets/technologies.

Responsibilities :

• project co-ordination
• fabric selection
• ordering and tracking of materials
• scheduling of fabrication, installation, maintenance works
• preparation of quotations
• liaising with designers and suppliers

The applicant should have the following :

• a diploma level education with minimum 2 years working experience
• be proficient in the use of AutoCad and Microsoft Excel
• measurement and quantity surveying skills will be an asset
• have a good eye for design and fabrics
