• Possess min 3 to 5 years experience in sales or marketing with good track records in working with developers, architectural and designer firms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project site by overseeing the day-to-day activities related to the construction of the project as designated by Project Manager
• Liaise with consultant for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Conduct inspection and checks on work performed by subcontractors
• Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations
• Prepare project-related reports and method statement for submission

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PEB or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer, or recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer, and at least 3 years of experience in the construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experiences in Engineering and construction industry
• Experience with LTA Project is an advantage, work location nearby Boon Lay MRT.

Experience required

· Plan, organize and arrange daily construction activities.

· Supervise the direct workers and to give instruction to the sub-contractors.Coordinate with land

surveyors and sub-contractors on all setting out works.

· Liaise with QP(S) representative regarding standard of workmanship. To check if the works are

carried out strictly in compliance with the contract specifications and requirements for the purpose of

general quality control.

· Liaise with QP(S) representative for inspection of site works.

· Organize and supervise house-keeping and safety implementation.

· Control material wastage and unproductive deployment of workers.

· Report daily manpower and machinery to the Project Manager.

· Follow up and ensure environmental, safety and health policy compliance.

· Follow up and implement logistic planning set out by Planning Manager

· Work as purchaser to source for supplier, issue PO and prepare supplier payment application

Qualification requirements or equivalent

· Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline.

· Positive personality and good team player.

· Meticulous and responsible.

· Able to multi task and work in tight schedules.

Job Scope:-

1. Prepare in Tender quantities, measurement & Tender submission including call & prepare quote

2. Prepare project cost estimation throughout Construction projects & prepare Operation & Maintenance manual at the end of projects

3. Submit & verify project claims, variation orders and closing projects Final account

4. Prepare, certify & manage Sub-contractors contracts and monthly claims

5. Sourcing of materials suppliers including price comparison

6. Submit safety documents, materials catalog, samples & other relevant documents for submission

7. Attend Tender interview, Site claims / variations orders verification if required

8. Assist to submit to PUB online for Authorities clearance

9. Check & filling of correspondence emails & response accordingly

10. Any other works assigned from time to time
