Job Description / Responsibilities

• Plan, and safely execute assigned capital projects to project baselines.
• Overseeing and directing construction project from conception to completion
• Reviewing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the Owner Representative to execute project according to scope and timeline
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permit and licenses
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Lead project construction drawing from IFA to As-built
• Manage relationships with Customers, vendors, and project resources to streamline project delivery.
• Conduct Lessons Learned activities to identify project program opportunities for improvement.
• Create & present monthly project status reports and chair monthly project steering team meetings.

Requirements and skills

• BS Engineering Degree
• Experience with semiconductor project and gas lateral and equipment related project is preferred
• Able to handle highly demand customer
• 5-10 Years Project Mgt. Experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated Team Leadership Ability.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Demonstrated Safety Focus and Safety Leadership.

• Handle employee tax submissions (IR21 and IR8A) to ensure compliance.
• Oversee probation, confirmation, appraisals, and promotions, ensuring transparency and fairness.
• Arrange travel logistics, including air tickets, accommodations, and transportation.
• Manage recruitment, compensation, payroll, performance reviews, training, employee relations, and orientation.
• Ensure timely renewal of company licenses and permits.
• Manage applications and renewals of permits and passes for employees.
• Process payroll, manage leave applications, and track attendance.
• Draft and document warning letters for employees.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above in HR or Business Administration
• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience
• Fast Learner, Able to get things done fast in a systematic way.
• Knowledge of Sage PayrollSystem is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
