Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of commercial and buildings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including SCDF regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair works.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract negotiations.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance of the buildings.
• Implement and enforce safety and security protocols.
• Handle tenant inquiries and complaints.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and present findings to management.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Building Management or equivalent.
• Prior experience in building management, preferably in commercial settings.
