Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction (Interior Design)
• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Working Location: Redhill
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 6.30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $6,000 + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out duties before and after securing a contract, including estimation, cost management, and the tender process.
• Accurately estimate and measure construction work for bid submissions.
• Identify competitive and trustworthy suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and oversee tender documents and procedures.
• Conduct cost evaluations and compile reports.
• Oversee project claims from subcontractors, handle variations to the contract, and keep an eye on expenses to identify any differences from the planned costs.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience with interior fit-out projects is a plus.
• Knowledgeable about pricing procedures and contract management.
• Proven experience in successfully managing and completing fit-out projects is preferable.
• Those with extensive experience may be eligible for a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
