Responsibilities:
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
• Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders
· Responsible for quantity take off, sourcing of subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare and submit variation and cost claims
• Procurement of materials and project related items
· Manage project timeline and cost, carry out rates and commercial negotiations
· Managing the contracts in accordance with the terms and conditions with respect to
· financial complications
· Assist Project Director/Manager/Snr QS on contractual disputes and arbitration
· Others as when instructed by the Management.
Requirements:
· At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in the renovation industry
· Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent or relevant academic background
· Strong commitment and strict adherence to report deadlines
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
· Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
· Good communications & interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Able to start work within a short notice preferred
