Responsibilities

• Tabulate quantities, estimate cost and request for quotation
• General Contract administration and measurement works
• Liaise with subcontractor and clients
• Ensure timely completion of an assign tender
• Updating contract documents, drawings, and correspondences
• Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possess at least a diploma in Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Quantity surveyor experience in Singapore main building construction projects
• Able to converse in both English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking corresponds.
• Proficient in MS Office and other Measurement Software
• Familiar with VOs, Als, EOT and final account work
