The Compliance Anti Money Laundering Risk Management Analyst is an entry level role responsible for assisting a MNC bank in establishing internal procedures to prevent money laundering and assist in all matters concerning financial crimes in coordination with the broader Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team. The overall objective is to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience.

Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge to complete tasks related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) such as Know Your Client (KYC) and Transaction monitoring related tasks
• Aid in inquiries related to local and global negative lists
• Support the team in administrative related tasks such as updating of internal trackers, creation of manual cases, working on requests coming from law enforcement agencies or regulator etc.
• Participate in AML training offered through the business
• Ensure compliance and observance of all internal rules, regulations, instructions, and other bank standard acts by unit employees

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience required
• Working knowledge of AML regulations and experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Fresh graduates having good knowledge in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot), presentation skills and interest in AML career are welcome to apply.

The work location will be in the Changi Business Park.

• Assist Site Manager/Project Manager in daily works

• Ensure installation is carried out as planned

• Monitor daily progress and work quality

• Supervise the work of all our workers

• Help to solve any issues if any issue during work should arise

• Liaise closely with all site ops staff to ensure schedule is on time

• Attend daily tool box meeting

• Report to HQ & HOD

• Experience in survey of precast works for bridges, especially segmentation drawings, segment box mould setup works & monitoring of as-built data (prefer to have at least 2 years relevant experience).

• Experience in bridge construction from substructure to super structure (prefer to have at least 4 years relevant experience).

• Familiar with commercial geometry control software.

• Good command of English and Chinese in order to converse with subcontractors.

• Familiar with AutoCAD software.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in land survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
