Duties of Stock Control Executive:

• Manage inventory to enhance accuracy and integrity continuously.
• Conduct visual inspections of incoming and outgoing goods at the warehouse.
• Ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound activities to align with company objectives.
• Reconcile inventory between the system and physical counts.
• Monitor and manage expiry dates of products.

• Collaborate with other departments on stock quantity issues.

Requirements:

Job Scope :

• Interpret specifications, terms, conditions, compliances, and relevant documents.
• Participate in project write-ups, including understanding scope of work, creating manpower histograms, programs, Gantt Charts using Microsoft Project software, and organization charts.
• Monitor project cash flow and P&L.
