Responsibilities

• Applying standard inspection procedures
• Preparing inspection plan
• Preparing of inspection report
• Ensuring technical publication used are current
• Ensure calibrated tools/equipment are with valid calibration
• Reporting of non-conformance
• Ensure safety and quality regulations are followed
• Perform safety and quality system inspection
• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipment
• Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality standards
• Checking and archiving of completed work packages
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Requirements

• GCE 'O' level/NITEC/Higher Nitec.
• Relevant experience in the aerospace industry preferred.
• Able to interpret CMM data.
• Attention to details, self-driven and possess initiative.
• Internal auditor trained will be an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-To lead the team to carry out erection, commissioning and calibration Instrument and control equipment/system such as: PT, PDIT, TT, Level Transmitter etc

- Ensure maintenance work is executed effectively, efficiently manner and complied with safety and regulatory requirement

- Respond and attend to plant failures and forced outages to ensure timely and proper rectification and restoration.

- Recommend and implement modification, upgrading and installation plans for plant system and equipment for enhancement, availability and reliability improvement

- Manage a team of supervisor, sub-contractors and vendors

- Manage the procurement of parts and services

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering 3-5 years experience in Instrumentation & Control

- Knowledge in site calibration works.

- Able to read and understand P&ID, Logic and Control Circuits

- Erection & Commissioning experience in Instrumentation Equipment such as PT, PDIT, TT, Level Transmitter etc.
