Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining quality assurance processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various departments within the Nursing Home.
• Conduct routine compliance audits and spot checks to ensure alignment with the Healthcare Services Act and internal standards.

• Facilitate training for staff members on quality standards, ensuring all employees understand and adhere to established guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma in Quality Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) are preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, ideally in a healthcare or eldercare setting.
• Familiarity with the Healthcare Services Act and other relevant healthcare regulations in Singapore.
• Previous experience in audit, compliance, or operational improvement within the healthcare sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear manner.
