• To ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
• Assist in Hotel and Travel bookings.
• Handling of insurances.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the building.
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Perform administrative duties such as sorting of documents, filing, data entry, binding, and scanning, etc.
• Administrative support to HR department as and when required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
