The preschool Quality Assessor Assessors are involved in the quality improvement journey of the preschool sector which includes:

• Conduct SPARK assessments for preschools that aspire to be SPARK-certified
• Conduct developmental visits to preschools as mid-term check at the 3rd year mark of the SPARK Certification period
• Train and coach preschool leaders and educators within SPARK framework

Requirements:

• Appointed in a middle management position in school(s) for preferably 5 years or more or as a Preschool Centre Leader for 10 years or more
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and leadership skills
• Good communication and language skills
• Preferably a meticulous, resourceful and organised individual and a nurturing disposition
• Ability to work independently and at the same time, an effective team player.

Key Responsibilities
