• Enforce and ensure all sites are complied with Workplace, Safety & Health Acts
• Provides Safety Advice guidance, consultation, briefing, training and supports on all aspects to the operators, site staff and workers/subcontractors to ensure proper execution of assigned tasks
• Conduct and enforce WSH and In-House rules and regulations, inspections of safety work processes and follow up corrective actions where necessary to ensure workplace safety and compliance with approved Safe Work Practices (SWP)
• Conduct investigations of all safety infringements and accidents and to propose or recommend remedial actions to minimize the risk
• Liaise and coordinate with relevant Authorities on all safety issues

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with Reporting Superior and Project Managers on costing and variation works including final account with Consultants
• Attendance of site meetings /site visit where necessary.
• Generally covering the scope of a Quantity Surveyor from Pre to Post contract Works (e.g. Tendering to final account).

• Assist the Technical Project Management in the negotiation of customer demands and specifications as regards to effort and cost estimates/calculations
• Develop Work flow System & manage the system for workers onsite monitoring modules.
• Lead and supervise work executed by local and off-shore resources, ensure smooth workflow in delivery of codes from development to production.
• Working experience in Singapore min. 5+ yrs experience in project management within a IT development environment with project , project planning, project deliverables, and team management.
• Knowledge in Web and Mobile development (web application & web services)
• Track development milestones closely and re-prioritize deliverables
• Remain knowledgeable of new technologies and carry out research and experimentation to best achieve good system designs
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications
• The ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Work closely with team and business users to develop and improve operations processes and procedures
• Maintain technical standards and ensure adherence to best practices, frameworks, follow standards/guidelines
• Provide recommendations to achieve better system performance and efficiency
• Track, verify, and report on costs incurred for development
• Carry out other technical related duties that may be required

M & E Coordinator

(Building Construction/Project)

Responsibilities:

• Site planning, inspections and coordination with consultants, subcontractors & clients on M&E requirements and specifications
• Plan, monitor and ensure work-in-progress at site are on schedule
• Prepare and compile as built drawings for submission
• Coordinate for submission and approval, all shop drawings, samples, coordination drawings and supervision
• Identify discrepancies, assess, and recommend M&E Subcontractors’ claims

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree / Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Well versed in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of BIM would be an added advantage
• Minimum 2 to 3 years construction trade experience in Singapore, in Commercial / Building / Civil Projects, completed at least one project cycle
• Preferred Singaporean to applyAny other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management or your Superior
