• Possess a National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) and at least 10 years of similar capacity relevant working experience in Construction.
• Able to read drawings will be an added advantage.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

1. Preparation of shop drawings with details drawings to submit for approval
2. Meet clients, developer, architect and main contractor to discuss the details of built-in cabinets
3. Amend based on comments from clients
4. Preparation of as built drawings
5. Able to work independently with AutoCab
6. 2 years experence preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with safety work procedures.
• Ensure all system are statutory compliance.
• Provide support and advice to Technical officer and technicians on ACMV system activities.
• Review, update and maintain ACMV system drawings, etc.
• Manage and guide a team of Technical Officer and technicians in attending to breakdown calls.
• Investigate and determine root cause of faults and report
• Carry out Engineering analysis on poor performing equipment.
• Conduct regular inspection of existing mechanical system and its serviceability status.
• Review service reports and escalate any finding or action that is required
• Participate with the client on site walkabout as and when required.
• To carry out or perform tasks / activities as instructed by Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Has at least 10 years of relevant working experience
• Able to commit to 6 days work week
