• Corporate closely with subcontractors to monitor the progress of small towns and coordinate the work resources required by subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Corporate with goverment personnel to conduct on-site inspections.
• Participate in weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to discuss work progress and corperate in preparing monthly meeting progress reports.
• Establish good relationships with all relevant parties.
• Corporate to ensure site safety and comply with the requirements of the authorities.
• Corporate to organize relevant physical and electronic documents on site engineer, etc.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree or above preferably from a recognized University accredited with PEB, Singapore
• Experience with public residential projects would be advantages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Projects, AutoCAD
• Ability to keep a positive attitube in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player

Job Description

• Assist and work closely with internal teams.

• Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling of documents.
• Compile and prepare reports on weekly and monthly basis.
• Update maintenance quotation control file records
• Preparation of variation orders, purchase orders etc

Requirement

• Min GCE ‘O’ Level
• 2 to 3 years admin support experience in Construction industry
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and Words
• Able to multi-task, meticulous and independent
• Able to start work on short notice
