· Conversant in statutory code and requirements

Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical) is a must.

Supervise steel Structure fabrication and installation

Familiar with renovation work

Familiar with construction site WSH rules and regulation

Preferred Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS) certificate or equivalent

Willing to work hands on

Able to communicate simple english

Able to join ASAP

Singaporean/ SPR preferred

Job Description

- Developed and initiated Ground Improvement/ Foundation projects, including managing

costs, schedule and performance.

- Identified, reviewed and applied policies and procedures by exercising informed judgment

to achieve optimal performance.

- Provided accurate, detailed quantity take-offs from project drawings and technical

specifications.

- Modified and directed project plans to meet organizational needs.

- Orchestrated projects within strict timeframes and budget constraints by solving complex

problems and working closely with senior leaders.

Job Requirement

• Familiar with different type of ground improvement work DSM/DCM, JGP, tam / fissured ground
• Min diploma in Engineering or Construction related degree
• Experience in ground improvement work DSM/DCM and JGP is a must.
• Able to work indepently and work with site team to solve the technical problem at site.
• Knowledge in other foundation work bored pile /micropile is a plus point
