Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for leading the implementation of BIM workflows and processes within a project or organization.

2.Able to handle Integrated Concurrent Engineering (ICE) meetings which are Internal and Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) to work collectively and in parallel to resolve identified design and construction issues instantly using BIM models and to mitigate the latency in decision making and responses.

3.Coordinate with Consultants (AR/ST), System-Wide Contractors (SWC) & Sub-Contractors (MEP) within the project and the interfacing parties to ensure discipline-specific design and construction conflicts found in the clash detection analysis, have been identified, resolved, and rectified.

4.Using Navisworks to generate the Clash Detection Report and Bim Collab to enhance the report progress.

5.To review and validate the models created by different disciplines to ensure they are clash-free, accurate, and compliant with project requirements.

6.Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.

7.Participate in technical, design and consultants’ meetings to understand the latest onsite requirements and ensure drawings and designs are up to date.

8.Establishes and enforces BIM standards and quality control procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy in the BIM deliverables.

9.Developing and maintaining the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with the defined standards.

10.Oversee, coordinate, and manage his/her BIM Modelers to meet all BIM deliverables submissions and information exchange schedules as documented in the agreed BEP.

11.Assist project team in 3D models and 2D shop drawings.

12.Provide training and support to other team members who are less experienced with BIM software or modeling techniques.

13.Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Key Job Accountabilities:

· Liaison with customer reps on documentation procedures including certification and maintenance release.

· Ensure all aircraft have valid documents such as Certificate of Registration, Certificate Of Airworthiness, Radio License, Insurance Certificate, etc as applicable.

· Conduct quality internal audits as scheduled by the Quality Audit Plan or as instructed by the Manager Quality.

· Carry out investigation into incidents, accidents,customer compliants and warranty claims.

· Carry out surveillance inspections at various stages of aircraft work in progress for correct maintenance practices, good housekeeping and proper documentation.

· Assist in the evaluation of new or amendments as appropriate of new or changes to existing contracted operators’ interface procedures.

· Carry out Airworthiness Directives review.

· Monitor and track contracted operators’ surveillance follow up action to closure.

· To consolidate the aircraft surveillance and investigation KPI on the program assigned.

· Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Hold an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License (AMEL) issued by the civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) or a foreign equivalent license recognized by CAAS or an FAA A&P certificate or professional licenses relating to aviation.
• Minimum five years working experience in aviation industry.
• Shall possess Diploma in engineering or equivalent.
• Conversant with Airworthiness requirements and / or Quality Management System (AS9110).
• Able to perform internal and external quality audits is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• To champion and liaise with production personnel on the investigation of root cause(s) of non-conformance and procedural failures
• Writing Quality Control plans & Inspection Test Plan (ITP) as per contractual requirements, API and licensors’ requirements
• To prepare, review & approve Quality Documentations such as drawings, first piece, in-process & final inspection reports prior to product release to customers
• To conduct audit, process inspection on sub-contract suppliers and maintenance of Approved Vendor List (AVL)
• In addition to these duties/responsibilities employee is required to carry out all additional duties as & when directed & required by QHSE manager
