Job Responsibilities:

• Implement audit protocol and monitor organizational standards.
• Conduct QEHS induction and other QEHS related training for all/ new staff and all contractors.
• Conduct QEHS toolbox briefings.
• Plan audit schedule includes monitoring and review of work methodology to ensure the Quality Services is consistently maintained.
• Measure and monitor the performance of site inspections and follow-up with corrective measures reports.
• Promote Continual Improvement by reviewing of work methodology and productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent is responsible for and he/ she is expected to

• Perform QA/QC work primarily at our Fresh Food Distribution Centre. 
• Perform sensory and instrumental testing of fresh produce.
• Conduct quality audits of supplier and branch for QA compliance.
• Conduct research study into product quality parameters.
• Conduct routine hygiene check at warehouse facility
• Preparing quality & feedback reports, presentation materials etc.
• Assist the Executive/Manager to administer other related QA programs.

• Manage End User IDs in the Joiner, Mover and Leaver process; Manage End user access and permissions and how they are identified and the roles they are then assigned.
• Manage the systems, information, and other areas protected by IAM.
