You will be working in a commercial kitchen preparing inflight meals for airline clients, with the following responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations in Production and Packaging activities
• Monitor the performance of machines/equipment (eg. packaging lines, production lines) and report any malfunction

Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

Accounts Receivable Function

• Issuance of invoices and liaise with the operation team.
• Monitoring the collection and liaising with the customers.
• Receiving the cheques from the customer and issuing the Official Receipt.
• Updating the collection in the system and ensure the accounts are updated.

The Safety Coordinator is responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe work environment by implementing and overseeing safety programs, policies, and procedures. They play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating workplace hazards, conducting safety training, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. The Safety Coordinator works closely with management, employees, and regulatory agencies to foster a culture of safety and prevent accidents or injuries.

Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify workplace hazards and potential safety issues
• Develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address safety deficiencies and improve overall safety performance
• Develop and deliver safety training programs and workshops for employees, supervisors, and management on topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response, and accident prevention
• Monitor and track safety performance metrics, such as incident rates, injury frequencies, and lost-time incidents
• Participate in safety committees and meetings to discuss safety concerns, initiatives, and improvement opportunities
• Support the sales and operations team with timely factory production of window and door RA and CAD drawings
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices, including WSH and MOM requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate safety concepts to diverse audiences.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and mitigating workplace hazards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and safety management software.

Working Conditions:

• This position typically involves working in both office and field environments, with occasional travel to different work sites.
