Assists the Facilities Management Executive (FME) in the following:

1. Ensure general upkeep and cleanliness of premises.

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)

• Participate in healthy week or any healthcare related activity and cooking demo as and when needed.
• Assist to push foods trolleys to patience wards/ wards ration in downtime.
• Highlight any discrepancies or irregularities to reporting officer.
• Perform any other duties assigned by managers and Chefs.

Requirements

• Minimally completed primary education with at least 1 year of experience in restaurant/ café kitchen/ food production environment.
• Must be comfortable to handle large scale cooking operation and production.
• Able to recognize basic food ingredients, utensils, cookery, and kitchen tools.
• Able to handle kitchen tools such as knives, peeler, sauce ladler and spoons.
• Self-disciplined, willing to learn, follow instructions and strictly obey with house rules and regulation.
• Able to write, speak and read simple English.
• Be a team player that have good communication and interactive skills, and able to acknowledge information independently.

About our client: Our client is a sub-contractor that specializes in Structural and Architectural works.

About the role:

• Obtaining quotations, liaising, and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Prepare Tender submission, handle progress claims/payment, VO & finalized project
• Handle on-going project and resolve contractual issues
• To handle other assigned duties or related job as required by top management
• Tender Preparation including site showround, briefing to team, discussion on pricing strategy, invitation of vendors and review
• Assist in managing the end-to-end tender process, including identifying tender opportunities, evaluating requirements, and preparing tender submissions
• Coordinate and maintain the tender documentation repository, ensuring all necessary documents are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible

About you:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience in similar field
• Able to work independently
• Proactive and well organized

The Resident Physician will be appointed as a Prison Medical Officer to render clinical services in the Singapore Prisons Service.

Responsibilities

1. The scope of work involves practicing acute care, chronic disease management and specialized duties associated with the operational concerns of the Singapore Prisons Service.

Requirements

1. Basic medical degree registered with the Singapore Medical Council ;

2. Minimum 2 years of experience as Medical Officer or equivalent;

3. Prior experiences delivering primary care, women's care or having worked in similar secured setting / facility would be an added advantage.
