Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent qualification required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate the maintenance and operations of M&E services including mechanical servicing and repair work.
• To liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors on the progress of M&E works.
• Supervise subcontractor’s works according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes and regulations.
• Liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.
• Adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Prepare and conduct technical and coordination meeting for M&E part.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of working experience in M&E services in construction industry
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.

Responsibilities:

· In charge of construction of 3D model and prepare drawings using BIM software.

· Prepare drawings for submission to authorities.

· Updating of 3D model in accordance with latest information to ensure accuracy of shop drawings.

· Review contract drawings and other information regarding the project.

· Prepare / study BIM models to communicate, aid visualization and make informed decision based on the design changes.

· Ensure proper documentation of all drawings.

· Ensure modelling quality control.

Requirements;

· Diploma / Degree in Architecture / Structure / MEP or its equivalent

· Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience

· Knowledge of BIM Requirements in Singapore standard

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supervision and check of all architectural works and coordinate with Engineers, Archi Coordinators, Sub-contractors and inspection with Clients

· Supervise and inspect all Architectural works to ensure quality of work

· To monitor and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved drawing/specification and can complete within scheduled time

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in Architectural works from Construction/Building/Engineering industry

· Good organizational and communication skills

· Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
