In addition, you will work closely with the GPFirst team to manage challenges faced during the care delivery process as well as be a key participant in other primary care partnership initiatives.

Requirements

· Diploma in Healthcare Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience

· Operational experience in healthcare, social or community care sectors is preferred

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Personable and able to empathize and relate to others

· Able to work independently as well as in a team

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
