Summary

This position is accountable for preparing the detailed Construction plans in accordance with the JGCAP’s company policies as the key person under the direction by JGCAP’s Site In-charge/ Project Manager and coordinating all construction activities on site among all JGCAP’s disciplines including subcontractors using his technical experiences and construction know-how and ensuring the completion of the work on schedule.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing algorithms for the generation of synthetic RNAs. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize algorithms for generating synthetic RNA sequences with specific properties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these algorithms into our synthetic biology platform.
• Analyze large datasets to validate the accuracy and efficiency of generated synthetic RNAs.
• Work closely with experimental biologists to design in silico RNA sequences that can be tested in the lab.

Requirements:

• A Master or Bachelor degree in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Synthetic Biology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Additional work involves cellular and stimulation assays with flow cytometry and FACS analysis along with imaging by confocal microscopy, and associated data analysis with statistical tested.
