Work experience requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience having worked in an engineering setup for upstream oil & gas projects (Fixed and Floating installations) having served in the capacity of a Safety Engineer, having accrued thereof a minimum experience of 5 years in the capacity of a Senior Safety Engineer.
• Must have prior work experience with medium/ large sized brownfield and/or greenfield projects in the upstream Oil and Gas sector and possess a good understanding of project phases, milestones, deliverables, internal and external interfaces.

• Advise on Work Plan / Risk Assessment / Safe Work Procedures
• Ability to identify problems and provide solutions
• Able to lead fellow colleagues and inculcate them towards safe work culture
• Compile all relevant report and records, carry out daily safety inspection
• Prepare and submit weekly safety report as required by management and clients
• Participate and involve in OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 implementation and audit

Job Requirements:

• Must be a Singapore Registered Safety Officer / Workplace Safety & Health Officer with Ministry Of Manpower (Singapore)
• Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment)
• Min. 3 years’ experience as WSHO in Singapore, with experience working for LTA projects
• Salary package commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

· To manage all documents for the project

· Perform all works which include filing, typing, photocopying and other works being assigned from time to time

· Maintaining and updating the database

· Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondences / drawings / documents reports are organized according to Project Filing Code

· Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence

· Dealing with other staff or visitors, on phone or in person.

· Review each document for conformity and accuracy

· Keep all project documents orderly complete and categorized for easy accessibility to specific records and projects

· Ensures delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines

· Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staffs

· Maintains an updated records of all approved documents and their distribution clearly

· Generate various document control reports as required

· Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

· Minimum GCE O level

· Minimum 3 years’ experience of Document Control in Construction industry

· Proficient in MS Office

· Must have experience and understanding of Document Management System

· Dynamic, hardworking, meticulous and good interpersonal skills

· Able to work independently as well as in a team

· Incumbent with working experience on Singapore LTA / Rail project preferred

· 5.5 days' work week

. To assist WSH Officer in managing Workplace Safety & Health issues in Construction environment

· Monitor and report all work or operation that violate safety procedures, instructions, or would endanger life and property

· Prepare daily/weekly workplace safe/unsafe observation report

· Accident and incident investigation

· Report all incident and accident as per site/project and company’s emergency reporting protocol

· Conduct safety training of employees

· Conduct regular site checks and takes appropriate corrective actions

· Perform other related duties as directed that correspond to the overall function

· At least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry - HDB project would be an advantage

· Possess Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)

· Good knowledge in ISO and OSHA safety standards
