Responsibilities Specific to the Role:

• Develops and manages data dictionaries and documentation of data reporting standards
• Build dashboards and reports to visualize and interpret business data in supporting business decision making
• Collaborate effectively on team projects and work autonomously on individual work as appropriate
• Assist IT Engineer to provide IT support by monitoring and maintaining the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems

Job Description & Requirements

• Assist the operations of the Pass Office to prepare and administer the application/replacement of all Client's Identification Card
• Handle administrative duties such as but not limited to report generation, email response, appointments etc.
• Respond to email within 1 working day
• Manually override the system if faulty
• Any other duties as directed by the Client
• Salary will be commensurate with experience
• Working arrangement Monday to Friday (8.00 am to 6 pm)
• Working Location- Yio Chu Kang MRT (Serangoon North)
• Those who prefer to cover extra locations such as Yio Chu Kang, Orchard and Tanjung Pagar will have an added advantage. Extra allowances are paid for it.
• Mandarin Speaking will be an added advantage
