Troubleshoot IT Network issues, help desk ticket support, hardware setups and software applications

• Support system upgrades, installations, and software updates
• Assist in the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights and set up email accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT inventory records, including equipment and software licenses
• Provide IT support to local and remote users (Hardware/ Software/ Network)
• Attend to ad-hoc service repair calls

Requirement
