Reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager, you will plan, manage, and track tasks assigned to our mid shift (4PM to 1AM) fleet operations team, partners, and vendors. Day to Day Activities

Research Assistant/Associate Policy Analyst – Population Health

The Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health (SSHSPH) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) is recruiting a Research Assistant/Associate Policy Analyst. The rapid population ageing in Singapore calls for innovative solutions. We aim to assess the impact of health promotion programmes (e.g. urban care farming, cognition training, etc) on the health and health-related behaviours of participants. This project will involve recruitment, assessment, and analysis of the research data. The candidate will also be working on models in policy evaluation. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Duties may include but are not limited to: (1) provide programming support to a research project (2) assist with recruitment and data analyses; (3) manage large complex databases; (4) conduct literature reviews (5) contribute to the development of scientific papers and the dissemination of the study findings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Managers in maintaining the operations system and processes of various services to effectively support the hospital in delivering its services. The services include but not limited to:

• ResearchLead, initiate and participate in clinical research independently or in collaboration with other health care disciplines
  Publish scientific papers in peer reviewed journals and/or present findings at key local or overseas scientific meetings
  

Secondary Duties (10%)

• Lead and contribute to the review and evaluation of services, policies and processes, and identify and implement medication safety and quality improvements initiatives to ensure optimal outcomes under NUHS@Home
• Participates in and/or undertakes responsibility for projects and activities which supports the goals of the department and organisation at department or institution level
• Maintain and up-to-date professional portfolio

Requirements

• Possess MSc (Clinical Pharmacy) or Pharm D or Board Certification
• Completion of a Collaborative Prescribing Course within last 2 years
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical experience (ideally in inpatient care)
• Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Possess extensive and current knowledge of pharmaceuticals, clinical practice guidelines and protocols
• Possess strong leadership qualities
• Possess good supervisory, negotiation and managerial skills
• Excellent clinical pharmacy and evidence-based medicine knowledge and skills
• Excellent clinical problem solving, judgment and decision making skills
• Excellent knowledge of drug information research tools, clinical research methodologies and outcomes evaluation
• Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to educate and engage patients, and work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team. Ability to speak in a second language in addition to English will be helpful.

• Monitor progress, track work completion, and report any delays immediately.
• Adhere to hours; ensure work is conducted within stipulated times.
• Enforce safety and control dust, noise, and vibrations to maintain a safe site.
• Maintain Records, Keep detailed logs of activities, inspections, and site conditions.
• Verify drawings and ensure all work aligns with approved plans and drawings.
• Check compliance and confirm that contractors meet all contract requirements.
• Inspect layouts, verify service routes, and report any deviations from plans.
• Ensure safety practices, Oversee the implementation of temporary supports and protections.
• Monitor daily activities and update daily contractor activities using WhatsApp.
• Maintain standards and ensure site cleanliness and tidiness are upheld.
• Verify claims and alidate contractor reports and claims, including variations.
• Inspect compliance; ensure all work meets specifications prior to handover.
• Manage access; restrict workers to designated areas only.
• Complete tasks and carry out all assigned project-related duties.
• Attend meetings and participate in weekly progress meetings for updates.

Eduction & Qualification/

Experiance
