Key Duties
· Motivate sales staff to ensure the sales target are achieved
· Opening and closing of store
· Daily and monthly stock count
· Provide product training to sales staff
· Handling customers’ complaints and defective items
· Maintain standards of staff discipline & housekeeping
· Provide feedback on the team’s work performance
· Store maintenance, i.e. lighting, fixtures and display materials
· Ensure proper maintenance of customer data
· Arrange roster and manage daily shop operations
· Manage stock and control inventory
· Maintain VM display at shop level
· Prepare monthly traffic and demographics report
· Ensure special promotions are carried out effectively and efficiently
· Develop a succession planning with Store Manager. Able to identify and groom the next in line
· Assist in adhoc matter as and when required
Essential Requirement
· At least 3 years relevant experience in supervisory role
· Good communication skills with the ability to speak several languages will be an advantage
· Strong passion to provide excellent customer service to customers
Skills
· Experience in fashion retail industry preferred
· Proactive, energetic and team player
