Job Summary

Responsible for all areas of housekeeping and ensure that Housekeeping employees are producing high quality standards of service.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Plan and organise team members’ work to ensure it is completed in a timely manner.

Beauty Advisor Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences.
• Recommending products that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and plaining how the products work.
• Responding to customer questions and complaints.
• Making sales, processing returns, and maintaining a balanced cash register.
• Planning and taking part in store events.
• Designing and maintaining attractive displays and managing inventory.
• Handling administrative and clerical duties, such as ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up calls and mails.
• Hand on service to customers , facial , Body therapy with or with equipment like : MIR , CPL , Oxygen equipment and other all equipment in outlet.

Beauty Advisor Requirements:

• Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
• A passion for the beauty industry.
• Experience in sales, retail, or related field may be preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• A friendly personality and professional appearance.

The Assistant Laundry Supervisor is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Laundry Department.

• Good communication and customer relations skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform medical grade aesthetic treatments
• Review patient’s progress and treatment plan
• Work as a team with the Management Team and aesthetic consultants to . achieve company goals and target. Provide professional consultation with patients on skin, face and body related aesthetic concerns and provide medical advice on effective treatment solutions related to our services and products
• Responsible for handling patient enquires and educating patients about course of treatments, possible downtime and post-treatment care.

· Treatments Involved: Cryolipolysis, Lasers like fractional Co2, Fillers & Botox, Sculptra, etc.

· Easily adaptable in the new work environment. Being friendly, going the extra mile and working in a team is necessary in this environment.

· Promote a friendly, warm and exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Fully Registered doctor with Singapore Medical Council
• Passion for all things beauty and aesthetics-related
A Medical Degree from recognised universities
• Accumulated for Skin Rejuvenation, Pigment Lasers, Intense Pulsed Light-Skin Rejuvenation and Workshop on Non-Surgical Skin Tightening Devices preferred
• Relevant experience in aesthetics treatment is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a good team player
• Well-groomed with pleasant personality
• Self-driven individual with a positive mind-set
• Passion for all things beauty and aesthetics-related
