Job Scope:
• Lead the Technical Support team to ensure timely service response according to SLA.
• Organize on-site servicing and maintenance to ensure product performance.
• Manage the Technical Support team's work schedule.
• Communicate with customers to identify product issues and escalate as needed.
• Oversee inventory control and procure necessary spares for maintenance.

• At least 1 year of related working experience
