Job Description

• Generate sales revenue of steel material to the construction industry in Singapore and neighbouring countries.
• Process good market intelligence, able to monitor market and competitors’ products.
• Co-ordinate projects to ensure smooth running of project deliveries and act as appoint of contact with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Liaise with sales, customers, and vendors regarding all delivery issues ( technical, logistics, etc)
• Carry out other ad hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum “O” level or higher
• Prior sales experience in steel from Construction/manufacturing sector is essential.
• Good communication skill (verbal/written)
• Good knowledge in MS Office.
• Mature, well-organized and a good team player
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license with own vehicle is a plus.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

• Order Materials: Understanding how to order materials involves knowledge of the materials required for the project, procurement processes, and ensuring that materials are delivered on time and within budget.
• Safety Compliance: Safety is a top priority on construction sites. You should be well-versed in safety regulations and ensure that safety measures are implemented and followed throughout the project.
• Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of construction and fabrication processes, especially related to piping and materials.
• Attention to Detail: Precise measurements and adherence to specifications are crucial for fabrication.
• Procurement Skills: Knowledge of procurement processes and the ability to source materials efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform job trips, sending clients or employees from job site to job site according to schedule planned by Department Manager.
• Perform ad hoc dispatch.
• To ensure all the works assigned are completed within the time frame.
• Responsible for the vehicle condition, cleanliness, and basic maintenance of the vehicle.
• Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date.

Requirements :

• Must possess Class 4 Driving license or Bus Driver's Vocational license.
• More than 5 years of driving experience.
• Familiar with Singapore route.
• Responsible and good in communication skills.
• 6 working days per week - may require to work on Sunday / Public Holidays.

We are looking for a Team Leader/Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities in our client’s site, locating in Pioneer Area. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. This role will be reporting to the Director.

• Responsible for monitoring and improving performance and ensuring safe and efficient operation of material-handling equipment by the warehouse team
