• Lead a team of warehouse assistants and admins to ensure efficient store management.
• Supervise receiving, kitting, and shipment activities in alignment with the production plan.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of both system and physical stock levels.
• Promote safety, 5S practices, and efficient store arrangement within the team.
