• To advise and report to Developer and ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations.
• To be responsible for health, safety and environmental control, update the Safety Management System Manual and to ensure that all works adhere to the procedures and instructions.
• To manage the team of Assistant Safety Managers and ensure all duties and responsibilities required of they are discharged professionally and competently.
• He shall prepare a monthly status update for review with Developer but not restricted to the following
• To keep up to date with changes in current legislation and to bring to the attention of the Project Superintending Officer(s) any relevant new legislation.
• To ensure the notification of the Project Superintending Officer(s) if the corrective action agreed after any workplace inspection is not implemented by the arranged date.
• To vet and endorse the minutes of all safety-related meetings and other meetings as directed by the Developer.
• To ensure the implementation and monitoring of appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.

Requirement:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry preferably 3 years with developer/main contractor
• Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM and have been practicing as WSHO for at least 3 years
• Has developed a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent
• Good communication skills and team player
• Must be able to clear any internal security checks conducted by the Singapore Government

• Manage the financial and statutory accounting for the assigned entity.
• Generate monthly financial statements, including managing asset accounting, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and producing year-end financial reports.
• Prepare Work In Progress (WIP) reports and offer recommendations on project profitability and cost optimization.
• Calculate key financial metrics and conduct trend analysis of financial data.
• Contribute to the preparation of group budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely filing.
• Manage tax-related tasks, including quarterly GST filing and corporate tax matters.
• Perform ad-hoc duties, which may involve reviewing policies and procedures.
