Tasks:

• Conduct literature reviews on the use of digital technologies and AI applications in public health, focusing on dengue and Covid-19 prevention, monitoring, and control.

• Support comparative analysis of prevention strategies, focusing on digital technologies (mobile apps, AI, IoT, drones) used in different countries.

• To take charge of planning, coordinating and to complete projects with a great sense of responsibility and within the stipulated timelines;
• To determine the schedules of different phases of projects based on established deadlines;
• To monitor the work progresses and operations at site, including quality control, safety issues, etc;
• To liaise with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, relevant authorities and internal departments in resolving project development and technical issues;

Requirements:

• Possess of Diploma in building or Civil engineering
• Possess of WSH qualifications, Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health
• Certified in Safety Management Officer (SMO).
• Possess at least 3 years of practical work experience in the field of health and safety in building construction;
• Good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related compliance;
• Possess good leadership, good communication skills, organizing abilities and independent;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel and Power Point.
• Driving license (Class 3) will be preferred.

The successful candidate will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of cold room systems and Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of managing teams, ensuring project deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform all installation, servicing, and maintenance of cold room and ACMV systems.
• Lead and trained a team of technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure compliance and feasibility.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to standards and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, tools, and materials.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and inspection records.

Requirements
