The Manager is a specialist in a specific area of health services research (HSR) with good understanding of the broad HSR landscape and trend. • Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant site / construction experience.

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
• To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
• To verify the work done on site are in accordance with the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
• To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP to minimise delay to the construction progress.
• To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
• To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquers, RI, TOP etc.
• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
• Understanding of critical project criteria related to schedule & productivity.
• Able to provide guidance to new staff / junior staff.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the successful execution of a large-scale MRT project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organization and work on one of Singapore's key infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all construction activities related to the MRT project, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Supervise and coordinate teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to budget, quality standards, and regulations set by LTA and other relevant authorities.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including government agencies, consultants, and design teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in managing LTA projects, particularly in the construction of MRT systems.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of LTA guidelines, project management, and MRT construction methodologies.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in the rail or MRT sector.
