· To conduct the Room “Hand over Take Over” procedure from the respective facility owner, prior to the start of work.

· Ensure compliance to the Project’s Health and Safety requirements for all personnel working in this project, including employees and sub-contractors.

· Ensure all necessary Permit to Work are taken and approved prior to start of work

· Coordination with Client and Facility owners to ensure timely start of work and to resolve any site installation issues that may occur during the site work.

· Supervise and direct the contractors to ensure that all work are done as per design and in a safe manner.

· Proactively monitor and Control of the project installation and commissioning work as per plan and highlight any issues in advance and to lead in resolving them

· On-time submission of daily report, report of any issue identified during the site work and driving for a resolution plan, and any other reports/update as required by the PM / Integration Manager.

· Supporting of commissioning activities as required

· Ensure drawing markup to reflect as per actual installation vs design

· Ensure site installation and commissioning team adhere to project and safety requirements

Job Description:

• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• To supervise and manage all related matters with regard to the day to day activities with the objective of meeting the schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
• Prepare daily progress report and work schedule.
• Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced.
• Able to work independently and ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Must have experience with managing workers and able to arrange works for workers.
• Coordinate with client, subcontractors, and workers to execute project tasks effectively.
• Ensure all equipment is functional and properly maintained.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff or newly recruited workers.
• Resolve conflicts among team members to maintain a positive work environment.
• Other work-related duties as and when required.

Requirement:

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
