• Arrange inspections of site work with the QP(S) representative.
• Organize and supervise housekeeping and safety practices on-site.
• Manage and minimize material wastage and prevent unproductive deployment of workers.
• Report daily manpower and machinery usage to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Construction, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction site work.
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and dependable.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within tight schedules.
