Job Description

• To provide supervision of construction works on site and to ensure safety provisions are conforming to worksite rules and regulations and compliant to statutory requirements
• Provide recommendations and solution for improvements on safety provisions based on site condition
• To carry out various safety inspections on site and ensure subcontractor rectification based on safety recommendations/comments raised
• To ensure that in house safety rules and regulations are implemented and enforced at the worksite
• To familiarize with project’s top risks and highlight key hazards that the project site is exposed to, for better planning and preparation for upcoming works
• To supervise demolition and building works and ensure works carried out in accordance to approved drawings
• To attend all Ad-Hoc inspections by authorities(NEA/PUB/MOM etc.) as and when necessary
• To familiarize with site traffic management plan and provide recommendations and solutions for improvement of site safety, where reasonable
• To review emergency procedures implementation on site and provide recommendations and solutions for improvement, where reasonable
• To provide reporting to Client(DSTA) as and when necessary
• To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned

Job Requirements

• Registered WSH Officer with MOM
• Registered RTO with IES
• Minimum 3 years' experience preferably in building projects
