• Managing day-to-day site coordination; such as liasing with sub-contractors in planning of manpower, materials and equipment, ensuring site works are executed accordingly based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and requirements of relevant authorities, ensuring workplace safety and health compliance on site at all times.
• To assist immediate supervisor on site planning implementation.
• To lead a construction team in ensuring smooth execution of daily tasking.
• To be able to perform other ad-hoc tasking as and when required by immediate supervisor.

Requirement:

• Must be experienced in Landed Residential Construction Project.
• Must be able to read and understand Construction Drawings.
• Must be familiar with Singapore Building Codes and Practices.
• Must be able to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software.
• Able to work in a fast-pace enviroment.

Project Manager (Construction)

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee Civil or Architecture Engineering Projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects, adhering to deadlines, budget and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in handling Construction Projects and Productivity Enhancement.
• Responsible for Digital Infrastructure Planning, Scheduling and Budgeting infrastructure projects.
• Responsible for driving Construction Productivity Enhancement (BCCPE) across projects.
• Ensure Construction Projects are delivered, documented, and communicated to all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables and tracked
• Manage on-site project/construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Ensure all Project activities comply with environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Involve in managing Project Crews, Subcontractors, and other Project Team Members.
• Strong knowledge in Construction Productivity in Productivity Enhancement
• Good in handling Project Productivity Enhancement proposal and Construction Productivity.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
• Implement and enforce Risk, Quality, audit and control checks measures to ensure high standards of workmanship and materials.
• Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Good Knowledge in Civil or Architecture Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Civil Construction industries
• Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) certificate Productivity Enhancement (BCCPE) certificate is MUST.
• Good knowledge of IT Digital Infrastructure.
• Safety related certificate such as supervisor safety, risk management, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations
• Possess good communication and interpersonal / management skills.
